Anything between thirty minutes and 8 hours is possible. My main expertise lies on workshops between three to four hours. Or if kept short, one a half hours is a great opportunity to dive deep and stay focused.

This is more than suitable for leadership teams, for any company is just as good as their leadership. Where classic chaka leadership trainings fail, my work spans between my own experience as a performer under high pressure and with lots of responsibility and my experience as a facilitator being able to put myself in the shoes of a team and the requirements the team may suffer under, or simply have lost their inner and outer alignment with. Reestablishing connection to both is a key element to real and lasting success.

Yes, I do work on-site and not only in the area where I live but worldwide. There is also the option to work online, yet in my experience on-site workshops have much deeper impact.
